ANTICIPATED START:

Entry level golf course maintenance work.
Shift is 5:
30 a.m. - 1:
30 p.m. shift Monday - Thursday, 5:
30 a.m. - 12:
30 p.m. on Friday's and available every other weekend and special events as needed.



  • Performs general golf course and landscape maintenance using hand help equipment, such as rakes, shovels, etc.

  • Rakes and maintains sand bunkers using sand rake

  • Assists with golf course set up procedures

  • Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, mowing and blowing

  • Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris

  • Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas

  • Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc)

  • Regular and reliable attendance

  • Involved with tasks related to golf course detail (weed and debris clean up)

  • Mowing turf grass

  • Golf course preparation for daily play

  • Golf course special projects

  • Performs other duties as requires



  • Previous golf course experience helpful

  • Ability to follow verbal and written communications

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Ability to bend and stoop

  • Ability to work in varying Florida outdoor temperatures including extreme heat and humidity

  • Exposure to poisonous and non-poisonous animals/insects and noise from equipment

  • Must be able to speak/understand English and/or Spanish

  • Dependable transportation

  • Some weekend/holiday work required


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
