WHAT WE OFFER

We are a direct lender with a long list of products including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Jumbo and USDA. We also have many investors offering alternative financing choices so if a loan product is available we probably offer it.
o Reliability:
In house Processing for more control over your loans and significantly faster turn times than many other lenders. We are a purchase driven company (95% purchase loans). We can close loans in as little as 10 days if necessary.
o Great Earnings Potential, Our Managers are earning the highest commissions in the industry with our P & L based business model. Plus we have an annual company sponsored trip for out top producers, Last years was a 7 day Caribbean cruise.
o Closing packages go out at approval so all parties can see the HUD early, you'll quickly become the lender of choice with your referral sources when they see there's not a mad rush to get docs out at the last minute the day of closing.
o Our operations department understands that bringing in new business should be your top priority. After submission, they take it from there while keeping you regularly updated and in the loop. We close loans in weeks not months. Great Service is our top priority.
