Logistics Analyst

Job Summary
Technical Systems Integration, Inc. is seeking candidates with a background, and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in general logistics in support of Project's Customer Requirements Manager (deliverables). The Logistics Analyst will assist NSWC PCD operations and this position will support the PM in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Projects, ensuring staff understand and can follow logistics processes and procedures, and support answering staff programmatic and technical questions as well as provide financial assistance. Essential Skills
Experienced in supporting work package development and work package submission
Perform analysis and issue investigation and resolution
Perform Drill Support for programmatic issues directly related to the organization and the Customer.
Serves as the project's Risk Manager and is responsible for minimizing project exposure to risk.
Perform risk assessments and supports mitigation planning
Provide action item and lessons learned management and tracking for all project program actions, both internal and external
Support project management with tracking and monitoring of all project data, proposals, invoice processing, and monthly status reports

Skills, Education, and Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to obtain a security clearance
Experience as a project coordinator or assistant project manager supporting project management documents and analysis in the development and modification of project tasking and supporting documentation for the Sponsor and NSWC PCD
Provide Programmatic and technical operations analysis in support of technical reviews with the Sponsor and the Fleet by supporting and participating in Program/Project reviews, Task Planning Sheet reviews, Quality reviews, Acquisition reviews, and Fleet Support meetings
Ability to create and maintain a Customer Requirements Traceability Matrix, in order to track all of the project's deliverables.
Coordinate and track issue quad charts, issue resolution and reports
Financial experience to include Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)
Five to seven years of progressively responsible civilian or military professional experience of demonstrated skills in the following:
- Managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams in a dynamic environment;
- Thorough understanding of the goals, aims, and technical complexities of systems being developed, modified, or supported by the U.S. Navy; and
- Knowledge of the complexities and requirements associated with project planning, tracking and oversight.

Working Conditions/Hours
The position location is in our Panama City office
Working hours can include weekends, holidays, and after hours
Drug-free work environment. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check and be willing to submit to and pass random drug screenings

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
