Service and Dispatch Coordinator

Primary Job Function: Answer phone calls and communicate with Technicians and customers throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed. Maintain the Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the Technicians as service calls are received. Ensure inspections are scheduled and completed by deadline. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.

Qualifications:
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Computer skills
High school diploma or GED
Sense of urgency
Geographical knowledge of Bay County
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or project management preferred
Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
Ability to recognize potential problems before they arise and be prepared to handle them
Ability to efficiently plan Technician schedules based on service priority and importance and geographic location
Foresight to recognize if inspections will not be completed in the month they are due
Must be able to effectively listen and clearly communicate to customers and coworkers through a variety of channels including phone, email and radio

Daily Duties:
Take incoming customer calls
Dispatch Technicians
Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment
Schedule and coordinate all service and inspection appointments
Create and finalize work orders
Forecast workload for 3-5 days out
Keep customers appraised as to AFPS schedule and job status
Other duties as assigned
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
