Job Summary
The Interactive Courseware Programmer is responsible for the programming services in support of one or more contract programs as assigned by the Program Manager. Services shall include programming of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant courseware, including supporting design and production, instructional interactivity, multimedia development within the customer's CBT style guide. Directly responsible for the testing, debugging, and refining of the product prior to Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) and ensures compliance with SCORM, US Rehabilitation Act Section 508, Advanced Distributed Learning directives, and other relevant standards. Must be experienced in creating custom code using the following:
HTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, Java, Javascript, Adobe Flash, PHP, ASP, ActiveX, .Net, and TinCan API (recommended).
Essential Skills
Attend Progress Reviews and document actions items
Create and maintain a tracking plan for configuration management of source files
Provide SCORM SME support in all areas of development in the building of training materials
Provide resident technical expertise to customer staff for a variety of technical issues ranging from Learning Management System (LMS) configurations and SCORM requirements to desktop application usage and on emerging instructional technologies, techniques, and trends
Collaborate with project team to conceptualize and produce or update, per Government-established instructional, technical, and delivery requirements, dynamic and interactive learning products for incorporation into a variety of training
Migrate legacy and newly developed courseware to Learning Management/Content Management Systems
Conduct technical assessments of all developed products under Government-defined testing and user conditions and shall research and resolve any technical deficiencies or defects identified during testing
Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 6-8 years of experience
Military background or experience working with military personnel/customers preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, at all levels to various technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
Working Conditions/Hours
The position is located in our Panama City Beach, FL office
Generally an office environment that may be at a desk or cubicle
Drug-free work environment
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to and pass random drug screenings

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
