Position Title Customer Service Representative
Position Summary Provides basic customer service for a high volume of primarily routine inbound telephone calls with the objective of selling new or additional products and/or services while providing customer satisfaction and retention. Interacts with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions. Answers non-technical questions regarding company products and determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing. Resolves return credit problems. May answer billing questions. May take orders by telephone and handles correspondence from customers and representatives. Quotes prices and delivery dates. Responsible for closing the sale as appropriate, and receives sales incentives.
Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers.Absent a reasonable accommodation or military obligation, employees must be available to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends and holidays).Our current hours of operation are as follows:
Monday through Friday, 6:00am until 10:00pm (CST)
Saturday, 9:00am until 8:00pm (CST)
Sunday, 10:00am until 8:00pm (CST)
Customer Management employees whose position is being impacted following the July 31, 2014 notification (because their function is being eliminated) will be eligible for a limited lump sum relocation benefit of up to $10,000 (less taxes). The relocation benefit applies if a CM position is accepted in a location more than 50 miles from the employee's prior work place.The starting hourly rate of pay for this position is$11.18per hour. Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
One year experience in a customer facing environment
One year experience and/or technical education/training troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile phones, or other electronic devices
One year experience working with smartphone devices (Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
