We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel.
As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel using computerized systems - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
