As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores.
Your keen eye for visual design and ability to follow planograms will contribute to creating an appealing shopping experience for customers.

Duties:
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays - Clean and maintain the appearance of shelves, displays, and product signage - Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customers - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately (will be a back up Cashier in the Guest Services Department) - Monitor product pricing and make necessary adjustments as directed - Follow company guidelines for merchandising standards - Assist with inventory counts as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of visual design principles and ability to create eye-catching displays - Familiarity with planograms and ability to follow them accurately - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills to interact with store management, coworkers, and customers - Ability to sell products effectively by highlighting their features and benefits - Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately - Basic computer skills, including experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software is a plus If you are passionate about merchandising, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we encourage you to apply.
