Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, and selling Real estate - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create listings and market properties through various channels (provided for you) - Show properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends (training provided)
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred - No Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures needed.
(all agents have an administrative assistant) - Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients (we provide training to help develop this skill) - Familiarity with real estate law and regulations (we provide training) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively market properties and attract potential buyers.

) - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients.

) transactions will be managed by your admin.
