As Property Manager for our vacation rental properties, you will play a vital role in the organization.
You should have 3 to 5 years of property management experience in short-term rentals.
HOA experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the daily operational activities of properties.
Includes managing units for owners, working closely with associations, and providing the highest level of customer service for owners and guests.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
Assist the Director of Owner Services with managing operations and other departments Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc.
while on call.
Prepare, copy, and distribute reports as required.
Handle special guest requests.
Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
Approach all encounters with owners, guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Panhandle Getaways Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to unit occupancy and needs.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform other duties as requested by manager Qualifications At least 3 years of progressive experience in short-term vacation rental property management.
