Examples of Duties Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance; takes messages and refers to appropriate personnel.
Maintains a variety of electronic and hard copy files and records.
Coordinates calendars and schedules events; facilitates contracts for facilities rentals; prepares invoices for rental fees.
Assists in registering program participants.
Creates banners, signages, flyers, and brochures.
Maintains office supply and equipment inventory and reorders as needed.
Assists with concessions operations as assigned, including the ordering and inventory of products.
Performs related duties.
Typical Qualifications Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
Possession of or ability to readily obtain appropriate food handler certification within six months of employment.

PTO Leave:
Leave begins accruing immediately; however, cannot be used until three (3) months of service has been completed:

248 hours At the end of the year, any unused PTO leave will be placed in your PTO bank (up to 380 total hours).
Time will be accrued bi-weekly & shown on each paycheck.
After the 380 hours are filled, any unused PTO leave will be lost and cannot be used the following year.
RETIREMENT:
General employees are fully vested after 10 years of employment.
Employees can become partially vested at five (5) years of service.
Partial vesting at five (5) years is 50%, six (6) years 60%, seven (7) years 70%, eight (8) years 80%, and nine (9) years 90%.
General Employees are eligible for normal retirement upon the earlier of reaching age 55 and the completion of 10 years of credited service or reaching age 50 and the completion of 20 years of credited service.
The amount of normal retirement benefit is based on your credited service and average final compensation.
