Primary Job Function:
Maintain daily schedules/routes and dispatch the Technicians as service calls are received.
Answer phone calls and communicate with company personnel and customers throughout the day to ensure work is completed.

Qualifications:
Dispatching and scheduling Advanced customer service skills Ability to multi-task Computer skills High school diploma or GED Sense of urgency Geographical knowledge of surrounding counties Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or project management preferred Ability to recognize potential problems before they arise and be prepared to handle them Ability to efficiently plan schedules based on service priority and importance and geographic location Must be able to effectively listen and clearly communicate to customers Daily Duties:
Dispatch Technicians Schedule and coordinate all service appointments Take incoming customer calls Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment Other duties as assigned This is a full-time position with benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and 401k with Company match EEO Drug Free Workplace Job Type:
