We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, managing the company's front desk operations, and providing administrative support to the staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain records of visitors and their activities.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide general office support to staff members.
Organize and maintain office supplies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
