Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to IT infrastructure, computer networking, and software applications - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including Mac OS - Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Assist with network administration tasks such as managing user accounts and permissions - Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT security measures - Document and update IT procedures and processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, computer networking, and LAN/WAN technologies - Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment and patch management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
