Together, the leadership team will work to increase the productivity of the Associates.
The Director of Career Development/Productivity Coach will consult with the Associates to determine their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions.

The Career Development Productivity Coach works collaboratively as part of the Market Center's leadership team.
The Director of Career Development's primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to ultimately achieve capper status.
The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center training including, but not limited to, Ignite and BOLD.
The Productivity Coach will identify potential candidates for coaching, will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and will hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions.
The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.
The Director of Career Development should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others.
They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and understand their contribution to the larger market centers objectives.
They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TS belief system and are authentic leaders.
What will you do? This is the 20% of the job:
? Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping associates ? Recruit R1 associates each month You will also ? Meet with new and R1 recruits ? Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production in the first 90 days ? Hold weekly group coaching meetings ? Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meeting their goals ? Partner with Team Leader, Director of Operations, and MCTT to develop training calendar that drives market center profitability and production - leveraging MC vital signs on an as needed basis ? Teach associates how to receive and convert leads through prescriptive training ? Effectively communicate Keller Williams' value proposition as it relates to their businesses and/or needs ? Drive and own attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD (scheduled annually within the Market Center) ? Track results and share with MC Leadership team Knowledge/Skills ? Goal setting, planning, accountability skills ? Strong people skills ? Problem-solving skills, proactive and positive attitude ? Learning-based attitude ? Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology:
Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems ? Leadership skills ? Track record of success What knowledge/skills will you need? Previous office experience Highly detailed Systems and task oriented Must be able to work in a face-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands Proficient in Microsoft applications Professional demeanor Social Media/ TECH savvy Real Estate experience Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
