The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to build a successful career.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, and managing the team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
In need of someone that knows and understands rental management and the rental management software (or learn very quickly).
We use Streamline property management software.
This is an office job, and you must show up.
Office located on Hwy 98 on the west end of Panama City Beach.
Knowledgeable and experienced in accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
Very computer literate.
Attention to detail is a must.
In need of someone that can jump in and run it.
Do not apply unless you can do that.
Handle reservations and everything to do with that process.
Must be very computer literate.
Must be a self-starter and go getter.
Must have reliable transportation and be on time.
Please be polite and great on the phone and through email correspondence with customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing experience and assisting with ideas for the growth of this small company will be rewarded.
There is no such thing as, that's not my job.
