What we are looking for:
The position is for a full time Operations Coordinator Housekeeping Inspector and is a weekend position.
Off days will be Tuesday/ Wednesday or Wednesday/ Thursday during the week.
This position is a physical position, and will require someone who has a keen eye for detail, is active, a good communicator, quick on their feet, and who is a good multi-tasker.
Job Duties:
Quality inspector behind housekeepers.
Check for cleanliness, missed spots, identify & report damage.
Pre-inspections, after guest departure.
Post- inspections, after housekeepers.
Hours are 8 am - 4 pm with a working lunch.
Keep operations area neat and tidy.
Manage cleaners, other runners and other inspectors that may work under your guidance and coordination.
Set up special romance and birthday packages.
Set up owners stays Coordinate early arrivals with housekeepers to ensure the work flow is done in an appropriate.
Must have a smart phone to utilize our app.
Must have transportation.
Input work orders for damages or maintenance issues.
Support for the housekeepers to bring them any supplies they may need.
Make bags when needed for housekeepers or when cleans are added for the day.
Update cleaning schedule daily.
Skills:
Trustworthy Excellent Communicator Planner Bi-lingual preferred Troubleshooting and problem-solving Organizational skills Self-starter Ability to work independently Team Player High school diploma preferred, but not required.
