As the Dispatcher, you will be responsible for communicating guests' requests to other departments of the resort to keep the operation running in an efficient manner.
Communication is key in this position to keep the flow going between all moving parts in maintenance, especially during special projects while responding to guest/owner requests.
Also, must be able to follow up and log all calls.
