We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
They will also be responsible for responding to emergency maintenance requests and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Repair and replace faulty parts and components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Comply with safety regulations and standards.
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other related tasks.
