POSITION
Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Team Member will assist the Facility Manager with the daily upkeep of the facility's buildings and grounds.
This position will generally involve the performance of manual tasks requiring skilled or special knowledge acquired through on-the-job training or experience.
The Facility Maintenance Team Member will provide supervision of and provide assistance to team members in the completion of various tasks and day-to-day maintenance duties as required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Maintain facility by operating necessary grounds care equipment Perform janitorial and general maintenance duties in all buildings Prepare fields/floors for practices and games May operate heavy machinery Any additional duties as assigned by management MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Understand and follow both oral and written instructions Work independently with minimal supervision Effective time management skills Prior experience using maintenance equipment and procedures WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work outside long periods of time (4-10
