Must be able to follow directions and work with teammates.
Must be dependable, with dependable transportation, and able to solve possible problems.
Need to tolerate extreme hot and cold weather.
Techs are responsible for keeping our facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen.
Performing routine maintenance around the buildings such as fixing structural damage, for example:
window, door or wall repair.
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of fixtures.
Preventative Maintenance on HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
Upkeep of equipment in and around the pool deck, restrooms, recreation areas and fitness room.
Minor golf cart and other vehicle and tool maintenance.
Using diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
Following preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshooting all repairs.
Keeping tool and equipment inventories.
